the extra transportation chargers will be billed to the client after the event.
 
there will be no meet up discussion session as we are a group of experience planner and has been in the industry since 2015. all our clients will do our discussion and confirmation via whatsapp and emails only. Deposit of 50% upon confirmation Balance 2 days before event. additional charges 1 day after event send in your name / contact no. / date of proposal / venue / time please be reminded we would need approx min 3hours to setup your venue ( not including any pickup arrangement)
